Taco bake and green beans with bacon

Taco meat topped with retried beans and covered in cheese, baked at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, with a side of guacamole. Green beans, bacon, and chopped onions with fresh pepper, in a pressure cooker for 5 mins. Dinner!

Um. For two sleevers maybe. I couldn’t finish it. But very yummy!

Cheese plate and mixed meat platter with bacon-wrapped chicken, bacon-wrapped filet, picanya, four kinds of cheese including a yummy cream Havarti. Soooo good!

Sleeve capacity at 15 Months

As long as I eat protein first, my sleeve still works. Check out my before and after. I ate one bite of the rice, mainly just the salmon and two spears of asparagus. Still can’t hold a lot of protein.

Why oh why did I wait so long to try this no carb chip?! Sprinkle 1/4 c cheese on a small paper plate and microwave for 1 min. Let it cool and crisp up for 30-45 seconds and once it is crisp, enjoy your yummy, no carb snack with 110 calories, 6 gm fat and 7 gms of proteinIMG_2015-3.JPG
