Taco bake and green beans with bacon

Taco meat topped with retried beans and covered in cheese, baked at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, with a side of guacamole. Green beans, bacon, and chopped onions with fresh pepper, in a pressure cooker for 5 mins. Dinner!

Um. For two sleevers maybe. I couldn’t finish it. But very yummy!

Roasted veggies and Italian sausage

Ended up roasting some delicata squash, Brussels sprouts, and sweet potatoes and serving them with Italian sausage cut into bites, and dusted with Cajun seasoning. Yum! IMG_0001.JPG

Cheese plate and mixed meat platter with bacon-wrapped chicken, bacon-wrapped filet, picanya, four kinds of cheese including a yummy cream Havarti. Soooo good!

Sleeve capacity at 15 Months

As long as I eat protein first, my sleeve still works. Check out my before and after. I ate one bite of the rice, mainly just the salmon and two spears of asparagus. Still can’t hold a lot of protein.

Cake on the other hand….
