Mmm Mmm. I have been in Europe for 12 days for work. This was probably one of the best meals I had.

Why oh why did I wait so long to try this no carb chip?! Sprinkle 1/4 c cheese on a small paper plate and microwave for 1 min. Let it cool and crisp up for 30-45 seconds and once it is crisp, enjoy your yummy, no carb snack with 110 calories, 6 gm fat and 7 gms of proteinIMG_2015-3.JPG
